Our final phase is the connection phase: the end of project development and implementation encourages the starting point of our user education. The main focus is to ensure that the client’s needs continue to be met and that the system continues to operate according to defined specifications. What matters to us is the value that is delivered to end users so we offer customer and technical support and provide instructions and ideas for further improvement, enhancement or product developmen

Development
The development phase begins with agile and scrum methodology. We believe that each team member should work independently, but towards the same goal: we want to share strategies, help each other in difficulties and review the work done in order to reach important milestones that are presented to our clients. Our bi-weekly sprints have standard Scrum phases: analysis, design, development, testing and implementation. Our integration, system and security tests are standardized and performed by our QA team in order to test the functionality of the entire system and verify that the product works in accordance with customer requirements. The cycle is repeated until the product becomes stable, works according to business needs and is considered ready for distribution after acceptance tests by the user. We want to include users in agile teams as well, so that we have a smooth flow of information and a much better understanding of analysts, developers, testers and users. In this way we increase the quality and shorten the delivery time.
Prototyping
After completing the analysis phase, our product prototyping phase uses a functional specification to create possible front-end and back-end scenarios where we test designed templates with real users. The way we use it is very important at this stage as we focus on the key steps that our clients need to achieve their goals. Our goal is to understand the needs of end users in order to provide functionalities that will enable the achievement of the set goal. The system specification and technical design was prepared to define the overall system architecture and user interface.
Analysis
Our main goal is to establish a long-term relationship with our customers. Therefore, we dedicate our time for the initial problem-finding meetings, where we define all the requirements and business processes required for the scope of the project. We communicate with our customers to confirm our product assumptions, to ensure that we respect our customers wishes and to develop the best possible state-of-the-art product architecture. Our problem-finding phase typically includes workshops, integration, key point definitions and ends with the creation of a functional specification.
Our main goal is to analyze the scope of the project and possible risks using the information obtained from the workshops. This phase gives us a clearer picture of the scope of our project and anticipates possible problems and opportunities.
