Know Information Techology d.o.o. is at the heart of innovations that change the way we live and work on daily basis. In 2017 the company started its business with the Autonar system, which automatically creates orders on daily basis according to sales forecast data for the entire Konzum network in the region. Today, the company also provides the services of Machine Learning, Blockchain, Deep Learning, Smart Marketing Devices and Simple Business Tools. The company employs 13 highly educated professionals who are skilled in software architecture, security and infrastructure, frontend and design, background and database, business processes, research and development. With the development of all products the company deals with software support for client systems and the main goal of the business is to create long-term relationships with business partners. The company employees dedicate a lot of time to continuous communication with clients in order to define all the necessary elements, requirements and goals of each individual project. To date, KnowIT d.o.o. has worked on projects for some of the most famous companies in Croatia, such as Zagrebačka pivovara, Konzum, Velpra, Mercator, mStart and others.
How do we choose future team members?
Through the selection process we try to get a picture of the acquired knowledge of each candidate with his previous experiences and skills, but also, we ensure that the candidate gets to know us better as an employer, gets all the necessary information about the company and the job.
The recruitment process consists of 4 phases:
1. NOTICE TO SELECTED CANDIDATES
After reviewing the CVs of candidates who have applied for a job advertisement, we decide on people whose experience, knowledge and skills correspond to the open job position and accordingly, we conduct an interview with them and inform them about the further procedure.
2. TEST OF TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
It is carried out on the basis of relevant tasks that are relevant to the position to which the candidate has applied. Testing is conducted online, which allows candidates to choose the date when they will start testing and solve the necessary tests. In the recruitment process, candidates have a minimum of 7 days to resolve the test from the receipt of the notice.
3. INTERVIEW WITH CANDIDATES
If there are several candidates, a round of final interviews is introduced on the basis of which the assessment of all examined candidates is made and finally we make a decisions, which candidates meet all the conditions for the job position for which they applied.
4. JOB OFFER
Candidates who have met all the requirements and who meet the requirements of the job will be informed about the job offer in our company.
